For agents, homeowners & vacation-rental owners
Real estate drone photography
Listing photos can show every room and still leave buyers unsure about the property outside. Emerald Coast Drone Pros provides real estate drone photography and video that explain the lot, driveway, outdoor features and surrounding setting. We work with agents, homeowners and land sellers to show the information buyers need alongside the home's existing listing media.

Overview
Help buyers picture the whole property
A pool photo shows the pool. An aerial view can show how it sits beside the home, how much yard surrounds it and where the outdoor living areas connect. That relationship is often what a buyer is trying to understand as they move through a listing.
We combine recognizable views of the home with wider photographs of the lot and surroundings. A closer angle can highlight the exterior and outdoor features, while a wider frame establishes the neighborhood or waterfront setting. The property stays the focus, rather than becoming a small building in an otherwise attractive landscape.
From coastal homes to vacant land
For a waterfront listing, useful photographs may connect the home, outdoor spaces and nearby water. For a larger residential lot, the driveway, outbuildings and open areas may deserve more attention. Tell us which features belong to the property and what you want buyers to notice first.
Vacant land needs a different approach. A roadside photograph often says very little about the land behind it. Aerial views can show visible terrain, cleared areas, tree cover and the surrounding development. Send a property reference and access information so we can concentrate on the right area and give your written listing a useful visual companion.
Our photography
Show the home and the setting buyers want to understand.
These examples show two different properties: a closer coastal-home view and a wider waterfront setting. Both help a viewer connect the building with the outdoor space and surroundings.

The home and its outdoor featuresThe closer view shows the exterior, balconies and walkway in one image, helping a buyer or guest understand how the property connects to the beach.
The wider waterfront settingThe wider view gives context around homes and docks. It complements closer property photographs when the setting is part of the appeal.
Photos for the listing, video for the bigger picture
Aerial listing photos can be booked on their own or alongside drone video. The photo selection gives you distinct views to use with your existing interior and ground-level exterior photography. Video can connect the approach, home and outdoor areas in a short sequence for a property page or social post.
If an agent, photographer or marketing team is assembling the listing, share their requirements before the shoot. We can discuss the image orientation, file requirements and any edited video versions they need. Photo quantities, editing and final delivery are confirmed in the quote so you know what is included.
A little preparation goes a long way
Before the visit, make the outdoor areas you want featured presentable. Put away loose items, arrange patio furniture and move vehicles that would distract from the main view where practical. Let us know about occupants, pets, landscaping crews or construction work so the visit can be coordinated around them.
You can send an existing listing or a few phone photos to show us what’s missing. Include the property address, your intended publishing date and the features that deserve attention. We’ll review the location and discuss a suitable plan for the shoot.
Aerial property photography on the Emerald Coast
We’re based in Panama City Beach and serve Bay, Walton, Okaloosa and Gulf counties, including Destin, 30A and Freeport. Whether you’re marketing one home or preparing several listings, send the individual addresses and priorities for each property.
Selling commercial property calls for a different set of views, with more attention to parking, access and the surrounding development. If you’re advertising a short-term rental rather than a sale, we can focus on the amenities and setting guests want to see.

Real estate drone photography questions
Can I book directly as a homeowner?
Yes. Homeowners can arrange aerial property photography without going through an agent. Send the address, key features and intended use, and let us know who will be preparing the listing.
Do aerial photographs show legal property boundaries?
No. Photographs show visible features, not verified property lines, dimensions, easements or access rights. Use the seller’s records and appropriate survey information for those details. Weather, airspace and site access also affect the available views.
Are interior photos or floor plans included?
This service focuses on aerial photos and video. Interior photography, floor plans and staging are not part of this aerial service; mention any additional needs when requesting a quote.
Can you photograph more than one listing?
Yes. Include a separate address, access contact and feature list for each property. We’ll review the locations together and discuss the coverage each one needs.
