For builders, homeowners & remote teams
Revisit an interior construction stage after the work has moved on. Emerald Coast Drone Pros creates ground-based 360 construction records in Panama City Beach and surrounding counties. Look around accessible rooms and framing areas, give remote reviewers a clearer sense of location, and record visible work before later surfaces cover it.

Overview
A close photo of a wall can be hard to place later. Panoramic photography includes the surroundings, so you can see where a visible detail sits in relation to doors, windows and the rest of the room. That makes it easier to prepare a question for your builder or bring someone else into the discussion.
The walkthrough covers the rooms, floors or work areas agreed for the visit. Viewers can look in different directions from the recorded camera positions, rather than relying on a single forward-facing photograph. It does not mean every viewpoint in a room has been captured. We agree the viewing and delivery method before the visit.

An interior reference captured while framing and other priority features are still visible.
Another visit to record the same spaces as the build moves forward.
Pre-drywall is a useful time to consider 360 construction documentation. Framing and exposed service routes may still be visible, giving you a reference to return to once wall coverings and finishes are installed. If a particular room or wall matters, tell us before the visit so it receives attention while there is a clear view.
Other stages can be worth recording too. An early interior record and a later visit can show how the same spaces changed. For a homeowner living elsewhere, the walkthrough also provides a more complete sense of the build than a few pictures sent during a busy day.
Our photography
These stills provide context for ground-based interior documentation. The framing view shows the kind of stage that may be useful to revisit, while the exterior approach helps place the spaces inside.
Send the property address, current stage, rooms to include and your builder or site contact. If work is about to be covered, include the expected date. We coordinate access to the appropriate spaces and plan the capture around ongoing work.
A room list or floor reference is helpful on larger properties. Let us know about areas that should be left out, floors with restricted access and any particular detail you want to revisit. Keeping the builder involved helps the visit happen at the useful stage, rather than simply on the next available calendar date.
Interior 360 imagery and aerial progress photographs answer different questions. The walkthrough lets you explore the recorded rooms; aerial photographs show the building, lot and exterior progress. They can be arranged together when you want a fuller record of a construction milestone.
If you are building from out of town and want updates throughout the project, our home build monitoring service can combine useful exterior visits with separately arranged interior documentation.

No. Interior walkthroughs use a ground-based 360 camera. Exterior drone photographs can be added separately.
Use it to locate visible details and prepare questions for your builder or qualified inspector. It is a photographic record, not a measured building scan or a certification of workmanship, and it cannot reveal work hidden behind finishes or other obstructions.
Yes. Tell us which floors and rooms to include so we can review access. Later visits can document those spaces again at another stage.
As soon as you know which stage you need. For pre-covering documentation, share the builder’s expected timing and let us know if that schedule changes.
A panoramic view is best for understanding the room and locating visible work. Small labels, fine details and obstructed areas may need separate close photographs. Identify any essential detail before the visit so we can discuss the right coverage.
