For homeowners building from near or far
See what is happening on your home build when you cannot be there. Emerald Coast Drone Pros provides dated construction photo updates in Panama City Beach and nearby counties so you can compare visible progress with the builder's update, look more closely at work that concerns you, and ask your builder specific questions before the build moves on.

Overview
Building a home from another town makes ordinary questions harder to resolve: has the stage your builder described actually been reached, has the exterior changed, and what does the area you are concerned about look like now? We provide dated photographs of the agreed work areas so you can compare the update with what is visible on site and raise specific questions before the next stage.
Your priorities help shape each visit. You may want a better view of the roof framing, a particular exterior opening or the overall progress before a trip. We capture the requested visible areas and keep the photographs organized by visit date for remote review.
Aerial views of the home and lot, with attention to the areas you want to follow.
A shareable photo record organized by visit so earlier stages are easy to find.
A separately arranged ground-based 360 walkthrough of accessible rooms.
A dated photograph gives a builder conversation a clear reference. You can identify a particular opening, roof area or part of the lot and ask what has been completed there, what happens next or why it differs from your expectations. The photographs help frame the question; your builder supplies the construction explanation.
Before the next visit, send any area you want followed more closely. Where practical, we can pair its wider setting with a closer view, then return to that subject during later updates. As the build moves from structure to exterior finishes and site work, the photographs can follow the areas that matter at each stage.
Home build / Three visits
These photographs and walkthrough stills come from three visits to the same home build. Follow the exterior changes, then look inside at the accessible framing.

Compare the visible stagesThe aerial visits show the foundation area and then the exterior walls and roof framing. Dated views give you a specific area to refer to when discussing the next stage with your builder.
Add the inside viewThe third visit includes ground-based interior walkthrough imagery. It records accessible framing from a perspective the aerial photographs cannot show.
Dated photography and walkthrough imagery from this project. The coverage for your home is agreed around its stage and the areas you need to see.
Regular visits provide a steady visual history. Milestone visits focus on changes such as foundation work, framing or roofing. We discuss the construction schedule with you and coordinate site access with the builder or designated contact.
Timing is especially important when later work will cover the area you want recorded. Tell us about upcoming covering dates early and pass along schedule changes. A visit is most useful when it follows the actual work, rather than a milestone that has moved.
You can arrange the service from another state. Share the property address, current stage, your priorities and a local access contact. We agree the coverage and delivery arrangement before the first visit, with updates delivered through a shareable link organized by visit date.
A separately arranged ground-based 360 walkthrough gives you a way to look around accessible interior spaces. It is particularly useful during framing, when you want to record the room layout and visible work before finishes go in.
Aerial video can also be discussed if you want to show the overall setting or share the build’s progress with family. For larger projects with reporting needs across a wider team, see our construction progress service.
