A short guide to what the site stores, which external features connect, and how you control them.

Your choice controls optional content
The default is essential features only. The site does not load an interactive map, address suggestions or the Google review preview until you allow the relevant category. Choose both in the privacy banner, choose categories in settings, or enable a map or review preview where it appears. Scrolling or continuing to browse is not consent.

| Privacy preference | First-party local storage named ecdp-privacy-v1. Stores a version, time and two yes/no choices, without your name, email or project description. Valid for up to 180 days; renewed when you save a choice. If browser storage is blocked, the choice lasts for the current page only. |
| Request security | Short-lived verification and in-memory form data support the request you choose to send. No request account or advertising identifier is created. The form does not save contact or project descriptions in browser local storage. |
| Optional maps | Google map/address tools, or reference tiles from OpenStreetMap and USGS when the fallback map is used. External providers receive IP address, website origin and map/search information needed for the feature; provider storage and retention follow their policies. FAA reference layers start automatically once an allowed interactive map opens; the overlay can be turned off. Browser location is requested only after you press the location button. |
| Optional Google reviews | Current reviews fetched directly from Google when permitted and the section is near view. The review request omits browser credentials; supplied author photos use anonymous requests without a referrer. Google still receives ordinary network information. We do not store review content in local storage or our website files. |
| Hosting and linked sites | Hosting may keep security/access logs or use its own security/session technologies. Following external links opens a separate service with its own policies. |
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use Cookie settings in any page footer. Disabling a feature that has already loaded reloads the page to close that content; unsubmitted form details will be cleared. Previously transmitted information cannot be recalled. If a feature has not loaded, changing the preference does not require a reload.
You can also delete this site’s local storage or cookies in your browser. Clearing the preference returns optional content to off. Your browser can independently block third-party cookies. Enabling a category does not override browser restrictions or make us able to read third-party cookies.
What we currently do not run
ECDP has no dedicated advertising, cross-site remarketing or analytics tracker configured on this website. There is no paid cookie-management service and no Google reCAPTCHA. A custom first-party verification step helps limit automated requests. This notice describes the services and privacy practices currently configured on this website.
Provider information
Google-powered features are subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Fallback map information: OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy and USGS privacy. Our privacy notice explains request delivery, technical records, parcel references and optional FAA data.
