About this website

Emerald Coast Drone Pros provides information about drone photography, video, mapping and related documentation services. We are based in Panama City Beach, Florida, serving Bay, Walton, Okaloosa and Gulf counties, with farther trips by request. These terms cover use of the website; a separately agreed proposal or service agreement controls an actual assignment.

A request is not a confirmed booking

Submitting a form asks our team to review your needs. An automatic receipt confirms receipt of the request, not acceptance, a reserved date, flight approval or a promise of any particular result. We confirm scope, deliverables, schedule, access, usage rights and commercial arrangements separately before work begins. Website examples do not automatically become part of your assignment.

Accurate requests and site access

Provide contact details you are authorized to use and a location you want considered for coverage. Explain known site hazards, restrictions and who can coordinate access. Do not send payment card details, passwords, confidential design files or sensitive personal information through the request description. A location pin or outline identifies the requested area; it does not establish ownership or grant permission to enter or fly.

Flights depend on a safe and lawful plan

The pilot determines whether and how a flight can proceed under applicable rules and site conditions. Weather, visibility, people, airspace restrictions, permissions, access and equipment can affect height, timing and coverage. An FAA overlay, facility grid or map preview is a planning reference, not authorization or a guarantee that approval will be granted. Any required authorization is reviewed before coverage is confirmed.

Use of mapping and inspection information

Maps, parcel references, coverage areas and acreage shown in the request tool are approximate planning aids. They may be incomplete or outdated. Our drone imagery, photogrammetry and model work are not a legal boundary survey, licensed surveying, engineering approval or a guarantee of design compliance. Roof, damage and thermal imagery document captured conditions and do not replace the judgment of the qualified professional responsible for assessment. Search support cannot guarantee a person, animal or object will be found. Discuss any required accuracy, control, measurement method or professional review before agreeing scope.

Images, examples and permitted use

Website photographs, videos, text, branding and technical examples are owned by ECDP or used with permission. You may view them, share links and use the website to consider a service. Do not republish, sell, falsely attribute or remove ownership notices from the material without permission. Rights to use commissioned imagery and files are agreed for that assignment; website access alone does not grant a license to project imagery. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

External tools and acceptable use

Google services and other linked providers have their own terms and privacy practices. You may use the request tools for legitimate inquiries. Do not submit malicious material, impersonate another person, probe private files, disrupt availability, abuse the form or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict misuse while preserving lawful rights.

Website information and limitations

We aim to keep service information accurate and the request tools available, but website information and external references are provided as available and may contain errors or interruptions. Check material requirements with our team. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the website or third-party maps will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or fit for a particular decision. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides commitments in a separately agreed service contract.
