Using our website
Website accessibility.
We want homeowners, businesses, and project teams with disabilities to be able to explore our services and request coverage.
Getting help or reporting a barrier
If something on this website prevents you from getting information or requesting a service, email cole@ecdronepros.com or contact us at (850) 737-3009. You can describe your request by email if the online form is difficult to use. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and your preferred way for us to reply. You do not need to share a diagnosis or other medical information.
Requesting work without an interactive map
On the service-request form, you can type a street address, parcel number and county, or a description of the site. Choose “Use my address / site description without a pin” when an interactive map is displayed. If maps are disabled or unavailable, the form uses your typed location automatically. You can add multiple properties and describe the requested coverage in location notes. Drawing a boundary, dragging a marker, and sharing your current location are optional.
Navigation, images, and motion
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls, Enter or Space to activate the appropriate control, and the Skip to content link to reach the main page. Menus, image previews, and privacy settings support keyboard operation. Escape closes open menus and dialogs. The homepage has a background-motion pause control and respects your device’s reduced-motion preference.
Our accessibility work
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical improvement target. We check shared navigation, page structure, contrast, image descriptions, keyboard behavior, and the request process, and continue to evaluate new content and external tools. Automated checks alone do not establish full accessibility, and this statement is not a certification of complete conformance.
Interactive geographic maps and third-party video players can behave differently across browsers and assistive technology. The text location route and email contact above remain available if those tools do not meet your needs. Let us know about a barrier so we can investigate it.
Statement updated November 5, 2026.
